Normal Turnaround - $0.97 per minute of audio.
Rush 1 Turnaround - $1.15 per minute of audio.
Super Rush Turnaround - $1.50 per minute of audio.
Small Audio Files – For Transcription of files less than 10 minutes in length, we charge a fixed rate of $12.50 per file.

Surcharges and Discounts
In addition to these standard rates, the following surcharges and discounts may apply:
* Poor audio - $0.13, or $0.20 per minute of audio depending on level of difficulty.
* Accented Speakers - $0.10 per minute of audio.
* Number of Speakers - $0.05 per minute of audio for each additional speaker over 4 speakers (first four are considered standard, additional speakers charged at a premium).
* Volume Discounts - 5% off total charge for clients who send 50 hours or more of audio in any calendar month; 10% off total charge for clients who send 100 hours or more of audio in a month. |
